- Thin FCCL is produced by Guangzhou Fangbang Electronics Co., Ltd, which has high peeling strength, outstanding soldering reliability, dimensional stability, mechanical and electrical properties. The copper is highly uniform with tight tolerance, higher tensile strength, and free pinholes. We can provide ultra-thin copper (2~9μm), and the structure of FCCL can be customized.
